McDonald’s restaurants in the Carolinas conduct an annual Share Your Heart fundraiser, allowing employees and customers alike a way to support the Ronald® McDonald Houses around the Valentine’s Day holiday. Houses are located in Chapel Hill, Durham, Greenville, Winston-Salem, and soon-to-be located in Charlotte.

Since 2007, McDonald's® customers have helped raise over $370,000 by purchasing paper hearts for $1 at their local McDonald's® restaurants.
