Free uniforms will be provided to each employee based upon the number of days worked per week.

A $20 bonus will be paid to any employee working during a Mystery Shop with a score of 95% or better. A $10 bonus will be paid to any employee working during a Mystery Shop with a score better than 90% but less than 95%.

A $25 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's restaurants. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 30 days.

Employees can enjoy half price meals while eating on the premises. Employees may also treat their immediate family to half price meals when accompanied by an employee and consumed on the premises.

Paychecks are issued every two weeks.

Crew will have wage reviews in January and July of each year.

All crew working during a record breakfast hour, record lunch hour, total record day breakfast, or total record day will receive a FREE meal.

Salaried employees can enjoy FREE meals while working. They can receive half price meals while not working if the meals are consumed on the premises. Employees may also treat their immediate family to half price meals when accompanied by the employee and consumed on the premises.

All salaried employees receive paychecks on the 15th and 30th of every month.

All salaried employees are eligible for Health Insurance. If a salaried employee elects the insurance coverage provided we will pay half of the premiums. You may also enroll for dental coverage and Short Term Disability.

Salaried employees will have wage reviews annually.

A $25 bonus will be paid to any salaried manager working when a record breakfast hour, record lunch hour, total record day, or total record day is made. All swing managers working during any of these times will receive a $10 bonus.

Salaried managers or swing managers that work an average of at least 20 hours per week are eligible for paid vacation after six months of service.
