• Paid Weekly

  Every crew person is paid weekly.

• Childcare Discount

  At Kindercare, Childtime Childcare, and La Petite Academy you may receive a 10% dscount per child, per week.

• Referral Bonus

  A $25 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 30 days.

• Birthday Uniform

  On your birthday, you will receive a brand new uniform.

• Mystery Shop Bonus

  If you are working during the shift when the Mystery Shopper comes to the store, and you help the store receive a grade of 90% or better, you will receive a $20 bonus.
