• Mystery Shop Bonus

  A $25 bonus will be paid to any employee working during a Mystery Shop with a CSO score of 0.

• Crew Referral Bonus

  A $25 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's. To be eligible for the bonus, the referred employee must work at an acceptable level for 30 days. After the employee has completed 90 days at an acceptable level, another $25 bonus will be paid.

  Each month we recognize our employees celebrating birthdays by giving each a goody bag.
