The George J. Kimmel Memorial Scholarship is available to all current employees in good standing who are attending Alamance Community College (ACC). A Textbook Reimbursement Program is also available to all current employees in good standing who are attending any other college/university/trade school.

All employees receive a 1% Year-end Bonus each year based on their Regular yearly earnings.

A $100.00 Referral Bonus is paid to any employee who refers/recruits another employee who remains employed in good standing for a minimum of 100 days.

Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance is available for all Salaried Managers. Eligibilty begins after your probationary period ends.

Salaried Managers in good standing receive two (2) weeks accrued paid vacation time. General Managers in good standing receive three (3) weeks accrued paid vacation time.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance at competative rates is available for all crew members. Eligibilty begins after the first 30 days of employment.

Crew members in good standing earn vacation time after five (5) years of continuous employment.
