  Many opportunities exist for diligent, hard workers including crew trainers, swing managers, or salary managers. Our primary source of recruitment is from within our existing pool of employees.

• Employee of the Month Bonus

  Each crew member chosen for employee of the month will recieve a $50 bonus.

• Birthday

  As a birthday gift to you, you will recieve a $25 bonus.

• Referral Bonus

  A $25 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position with one of our McDonald's. To be eligible for an additional $25 bonus, the referred employee must remain employed for 60 days.

• 401K and Profit Sharing

  Our organization offers an incredible opportunity for investing with 100% employer matching of up to 3% of annual pay, pre-tax dollars, to qualifying employees.

  Swing Managers are entitled to 1 week of paid vacation.

  Dependent upon store sales, labor, and customer counts, you will be eligible to receive monthly bonuses.
